Where we ship. We currently ship to addresses in the United States.
Processing and delivery times. Estimated processing and delivery times are shown on each product page and at checkout. Some items ship from different warehouses, so an order may arrive in more than one package.
Tracking. Every order ships with tracking. We email your tracking number when your order ships.
Free shipping. Orders that meet the free-shipping threshold shown on our site qualify for free standard U.S. shipping. The amount shown at checkout applies.
Lost or delayed packages. If your tracking has not updated for 7 days, or shows delivered but you have not received it, contact us with your order number and we will help resolve it with the carrier.
Address accuracy. Please check your shipping address at checkout. If an order ships to an incorrect address entered at checkout, we will do our best to help but cannot guarantee recovery.
