Returns. You may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email our support team with your order number and we will reply with return instructions.
Return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.
Refunds. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method after we receive and check the return. Your bank may take several business days to post it.
Non-returnable items. Opened bulk supply packs (such as sleeves or bags removed from their packaging) cannot be returned unless defective.
